No- Show and Last Minute Cancellation PolicyTo protect the stylist's time we have no choice but to require a credit card to secure all reservations. Credit cards are stored securely and encrypted through our trusted booking software. Please give the courtesy of 48 hours notice for any reservation changes and cancellations. We reserve the right to process the card on file for 40% of the service for any changes and cancellations outside of the 48 hour window. We apply the same policy for no shows. Thank you for understanding.
