You must request an appointment by submitting this form with a picture of your design inspiration. The design must get an approval from me to move forward. I will respond within 48 business hours. Once we agree on the design, placement and price, you'll be required to pay a deposit to secure your appointment. Price varies based on size, detail and location. Prices start at $90.

*Complimentary touch ups are only honored 4-12 weeks after the initial tattoo session. Outside of 12 weeks there will be touch up cost starting at $50 an hour.
