SAMISH ISLAND REUNION

Saturday, July 20 at 4:00 p.m. to Saturday, July 27 at noon.

The cost of reunion will be covered by free will offerings and contributions. To keep the costs down the Mission Center has added a subsidy from the Camping Fund. This subsidy is included in the price listed. Below are the total estimated expenses including supplies, cook, guest ministry and fees to the Samish Campground.

Fee is for each person per night – meals included:

E cabin (12 yrs & up) *	$50.75 ($355.00 for whole camp)
Rustic cabin & RV space (12 yrs & up)*	$45.75 ($320.00 for whole camp)
Tent	$43.75 ($306.00 for whole camp)
Daily Additional Adult (12 yrs & up)	$38.75 ($271.00 for whole camp)
Daily Youth (6-11 yrs)	$28.75 ($201.00 for whole camp)
Daily Child (5 & Under)	$ 3.75 ($ 26.00 for whole camp)

*Housing rates for first two adults (age 12 & up), additional occupants charged daily rates based on their age.

Drop-In Attendee (includes one meal, no overnight stay)

Housing Needs:
Preference on cabin location (e cabin, near bathroom, playground, etc.):
With the large attendance at this reunion, it may not be possible to have only one person in a cabin. If you need to share a cabin, please list your roommate preference.
E-cabins will be in high demand this year. They will be assisgned based on need and first come-first serve basis. Please make sure that you included your reason for requesting an e-cabin. We will do our best to fill the needs but may have to turn down requests if the cabins are filled. Also, there may be a need for individuals to share an E-cabin to best utilitze the space. E-cabins will be reserved for those attending the full reunion.
E-cabin order of priority: 1) Medical need 2) Senior citizen with need 3) families with children under 5. Reason for requesting an e cabin:
