  • RULES AND REGULATIONS

  •

    • While mass-produced or manufactured pieces may be offered, they should not be the main focus of your space, and any manufactured item must feature the Vendor’s own original design – you may not use downloaded, scanned, or redrawn copies of images that are not your own work to create merchandise to sell. (For example, a mug printed with artwork that you drew or painted is fine. A mug printed with artwork or a design that you downloaded from the internet is not allowed.)

    • Vendors who offer primarily handmade items will be given higher consideration in the jury process.

    • Work created through the use of generative AI programs such as DALL-E, Midjourney, or similar will not be allowed at the Art Fair.

    • Resale items are not permitted at the Art Fair. This includes direct-sales merchandise (Scentsy, Origami Owl, Mary Kay, and similar), wholesale merchandise (AliExpress, Temu, and similar), and secondhand items. Again, all items offered must be the Vendor’s own work.
    • The WEST Art Fair is a family friendly environment. Items that are sexually explicit or graphically violent are not permitted. Weapons may not be offered for sale.
    • Vendors' products must stay inside designated booth space unless prior approval from WEST show director has been obtained.

    • Vendors are responsible for keeping their space looking nice during fair hours and for cleaning up their space after the fair closes.

    • Storage of back stock must be neat and tidy and not interfere with the flow of foot traffic around booths.
    • Nothing can be attached to facility walls with pushpins, tape or any other fixative.

    • WEST Wildlife Rehab reserves the right to remove, without refund, any vendors misrepresenting themselves or products, or who are deemed inappropriate or detrimental to the fair's intents and purposes.
    • Artists must be present and booth staffed for the duration of the fair. We will have booth sitters.

    • Vendors breaking down early will not be invited to return to future WEST fairs.
    • Entry for setup ENDS AT 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 4th.
    • WEST Wildlife Rehab and Christ Church Glendale are not responsible for loss or damage of vendors' wares, exhibits, or personal property or for injury caused by products sold or exhibited by vendors. Insurance for such loss, damages, or injury shall be the responsibility of the vendor.

    • No refunds will be given to vendors once they have been accepted to the fair, or for any other reason, including inclement weather.
