    Headteacher Appraisal

    We act as an external adviser to headteacher appraisal to an increasing number of schools and academies, with positive feedback on the quality of our work. Aware of the financial challenges facing schools we have held the price of the Headteacher Appraisal service at 2023 prices. 

     

    The cost of this service in 24/25 will be £750. 

    As a member of the ESP you can access this service for just £450.

    SIAMS Inspection Questions Unpicked

    In 23/24 we ran a CPD series called Inspection Questions Unpicked. This took place across the year over six staff meetings and explored the 6/7 inspection questions asked by an SIAMS Inspector. Schools found it to be a really useful way to provide training for a whole staff team on church school distinctiveness. Also supporting self-evaluation.

    To support schools financially we are offering the opportunity for schools to swap up to two half-day visits for the cost of the course. 

    There is no need to decide now but if you know this is what you want to do next year it would be helpful to know.
