PRE-CARE info for all permenant makeup procedures
*You are not a candidate for permanent makeup if you have keloid scarring, are pregnant/nursing, or aking certain blood thinners.
*If you have previous PMU in the area you wish to schedule, you must have had a consultation before your procedure. (please disclose this in your online consult form)
-Please be aware that disregarding this information will result in your appointment being rescheduled to a future date to where you are at no risk of having any contraindications or impact on health, safety and healing. Deposit will be held and fee will be required to rebook.
-Please do not come to your appointment sick or having been sick in the last 5-7 days. You will be rescheduled.
BROWS
● No tweezing, waxing or threading brows for at least 3-5 days prior to your visit
● Do not chemically treat brows for 1 week before, the longer the better. (tint,
lamination, etc)
● Please do not tan (in a bed or in the sun) for 2 weeks prior to your appointment.
● Do not arrive for a procedure with a tan or sunburnt face. AVOID all unprotected
sun exposure for 2-3 weeks.
● Do not work out the day of your appointment.
● If you have skin irritation or any blemishes within 1 inch of the brows,
appointment will likely be rescheduled by technician until completely clear.
● NO BOTOX or Cosmetic Filler for 2 weeks before appointment
● Feel free to come to your appointment with your brow makeup done as you
normally do, but please wear minimal face makeup, if any.
● Avoid any chemical treatments, peels, abrasion, or ANY invasive treatment for at
least 4-6 weeks prior to your visit.
● Discontinue Vitamin A and Retinol products for 1 month prior to appointment.
● Discontinue Accutane 12 months prior to appointment.
● Avoid excessive Alcohol, Caffiene, Pre-Workouts, and Energy Drinks for 24-48
hours prior to appointment.
● Avoid all blood thinning medications/supplements for 7-14 days prior to your
appointment.
*ALWAYS consult with your physician before stopping use of prescription medication.*

EYELINER
● No use of lash serums in the last 6 months
● If you wear contact lenses, bring a lens case and glasses.
● Purchase a brand new tube of mascara for after healing is complete. DO NOT
USE YOUR OLD MASCARA.
● Do not work out the day of your procedure.
● Do not have lashes tinted or permed at least 1 week before or after treatment.
● Have Lash Extensions professionally removed. Do not attempt to remove at
home to prevent damage to your natural lash.
● Arrive to appointment with no eye makeup.
● NO BOTOX or Cosmetic Filler for 2 weeks before or after appointment.
● If you have had any eye surgery in the past 12 months, please bring Dr. approval
letter.
● Discontinue ANY eyelash enhancing serums 6 months before appointment.
● Discontinue Vitamin A and Retinol products for 1 month prior to appointment.
● Discontinue Accutane 12 months prior to appointment.
● Avoid excessive Alcohol, Caffeine, Pre-Workouts, and Energy Drinks for 24-48
hours prior to appointment.
● Avoid all blood thinning medications/supplements for 7 days prior to your

LIPS
● Beginning 5-7 days before your visit, please use a daily, gentle lip exfoliating
treatment (like a sugar scrub!) and a rich lip balm to prep your lips and help them
be in the best shape for tattooing.
● If you are prone to cold sores, herpes, or fever blisters, you will need an antiviral
prescription. You may be asked for proof of prescription. You may still get cold
sores from the trauma of the procedure. *For best results and lowest chances of
outbreak, it is advised to take 200 MG Dosage 5-6 times per day totaling
1000-1200 MG/Day.
● If you have skin irritation or any blemishes within 1 inch of the lips, appointment
will likely be rescheduled by technician until completely clear.
● NO BOTOX or Cosmetic Filler for 4 weeks before or after appointment.
● Discontinue Vitamin A and Retinol products for 1 month prior to appointment.
● Discontinue Accutane 12 months prior to appointment.
● Avoid excessive Alcohol, Caffeine, Pre-Workouts, and Energy Drinks for 24-48 hours
prior to appointment.

medications, please call your technician for clarification.

After you have read thru this pre-care information sheet, and you are aware of the pre care requiremnts and are ready to book a permanent makeup service, please return to the website.

Once you have decided on a procedure, please find the *Policies Form* tab, and the *Online Consult Form* tab, read and complete them!
These MUST be completed before you can be put on the schedule.
The consult form is how I recieve your appoitment request and review your skin/health history and photos of procedure area. This is to make sure youre a good candidate for PMU and so I can review your info before setting up an in person appointment.
