Counselor Reassignment Request:
If at any point during your counseling journey you feel disengaged due to concerns with the currently assigned counselor(s) and would like another counselor that is a better fit, please contact our corporate office at 225-261-7143. We are committed to ensuring that you have the support and guidance needed for your mental health journey.
What You Can Expect From HCO Behavioral Health Services:
1. You will be treated with professionalism, empathy, and respect at all times.
2. Quality Care: - You will receive evidence-based treatment tailored to your individual needs and goals.
3. Confidentiality: - Your privacy and confidentiality will be respected in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
4. Support and Guidance: - You will receive ongoing support and guidance from your assigned counselor to help you navigate challenges and achieve your goals.
Discharge Criteria
Clients may be considered for discharge under the following circumstances:
1. Three Consecutive No Show/No Call Incidents:
- If a client has three consecutive no-show or no-call incidents for scheduled appointments within a period of 14 days or more, the client will be subject to discharge.
2. Non-Responsiveness After Previous Completion: - If a client, who has previously completed counseling sessions, becomes non-responsive over a 14-day period, the client will receive a discharge warning notice. The client must establish contact with us or vice versa within the next 7-10 days. Failure to do so will result in discharge due to non- compliance.
