What time will the ceremony start? What time will the reception start? If reception location is different than the ceremony site please provide the location and address of reception site here.

Are there any divorces, deaths, etc that I should be informed about? If there are divorces, are they comfortable being photographed together? Children? Stepchildren? Please provide as much detail as possible to avoid awkward situations.

Will the Bride & Groom see each prior to the wedding? "First Look" portraits?

I ask that you provide two reserved seats for me (the photographer) and my second shooter. Photographers get very hungry while shooting your wedding, so please make sure a meal will be provided for both. Where we sit is not a problem as I will be up and moving around taking your portraits, but a seat is nice to sit and eat and rest for a few minutes.

At your reception I will address you 1/2 hour before your time expires at your reception. I will ask you, if you need me longer to photograph any more of your wedding activities. If you do require me longer, for example if you have not cut the cake or had your dances yet I will charge $200 per additional hour. I always advise couples to plan to do all your events at your reception in a timely manor. Please do all of your events before group dancing. FYI: 20 years from now your most important pictures from the reception will be your first dance and cake cutting.
