This form is for anyone who is paying by check or wants to set up payment arrangements for their debit or credit card payment.

IF YOU ARE PAYING BY CHECK: once you fill out the form, select the option that says you are sending a check. You will receive an email with your invoice that you can print off and include with your check. Please make checks payable to GARDNER COLEMAN FAMILY REUNION. IF YOU NEED PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS: once you fill out the form select the option that says you want to set up payment arrangements. You will also receive an email with an invoice. We will receive the same email. From that email we will set up your payment arrangements and send you another email for you to be able to make payments. So you don't have to print off the invoice (unless you want to) nor do you need to mail anything to us.
