Step and repeat: Must be returned within 24 hours of the event date unless otherwise noted and scheduled ahead of time.

Cameras: Any camera loan or use of additional equipment must have a scheduled pick up and return time. All equipment must be returned at the specified time so it can be inspected. Cameras may not be loaned over any holidays or breaks. There are no loan extensions.

Failure to return any items on time may result in not being allowed to borrow it for future events.

If the event is on a weekend, the date for drop off can be the following Monday. The Marketing and Communications team reserves the right to request an earlier return date/time to accommodate multiple events in a period of time.
DAMAGE CLAUSE
Step and repeat: The Marketing & Communications team loans out their step and repeat on a case-by-case basis. The borrowing party is responsible for picking up the step and repeat in Colonial 101 and for returning it within 24 hours to Colonial 101 unless otherwise noted. Any damage to the step and repeat will be assessed, and if costs are incurred, they will be charged to the borrowing person or department.

The borrowing party is responsible for picking up their specified equipment in Colonial 101 and for returning it within 24 hours to Colonial 101 unless otherwise noted. Any damage to cameras or equipment will be assessed, and if costs are incurred, they will be charged to the borrowing person or department.
