• No water or electrical connections are available.

• A limited number of spots are set aside for food vendors. If these spots are filled, interested food vendors will be placed on a waitlist in case confirmed vendors decide to cancel.

• Be Out Day Tampa Bay enacts a Force Majeure Clause where no party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, rain, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), Acts of God, Acts of War, dispute strike, lockout or interruption or failure
of electricity or telephone service and no other party will have a right to terminate this agreement in such circumstances once payment has been submitted by the inquiring applicant (VENDOR).

• Cancellation Policy: A vendor is only confirmed once this form is completed and payment is received. No Cancellations or refunds will be given after May 1, 2026.
