Participant Registration & Waiver

Please review the following:

Participants understand, agree, and are responsible for the reserved space and merchandise during the reservation, before, and after the bazzar while ensuring safety. The participants understand that INTAC, ICGC, and the Bazzar organizer will assume no responsibility or liability for fire, theft, personal injury, or property damage. The participant agrees to be ready for the public from 12:00 PM till 7:00 PM on Saturday April 13, 2024. The participant agrees to remain setup till the end of the Bazzar. Any lights shall bear a UL tag or label indicating minimum fire and electrical safety standards.

Application and Booth Deadline*

Application and payment deadline is Sunday, April 7th, 2024

Set-up Rules and Procedures*

Set-up starts at 10:00 AM on April 13th, 2024. Vehicles will be allowed to park in front of the building only during unloading and loading time. All vehicles must be moved from the front of the building by 11:30 AM and parked in the further parking spots. Vendor booths must be set up, staffed, and ready to operate by 12:00 PM.

Tear-Down Rules:*

Tear down initiation should start at 7:00 PM. For loading and unloading, vehicles can park back in the front closer to the bazaar entrance after 7:00 PM.

Code of Conduct*

Vendors are expected to be courteous and respectful. Violation of the code of conduct will result in expulsion and possible loss of privileges from the event without a refund of fees or compensation. In addition, future vending privileges may be pulled, voided, and excluded from vending at future events.

Damages and repairs*

Damages caused by the vendor or their staff will be repaired at the rate of their own cost.

Food Vendors*

You must have a valid food handler’s permit or health certificate. Send a copy with the application and be prepared to show proof of this permit. Only approved vendors may sell any food or beverage

Display Guidelines*

Vendors may hang banners, signs, and other displays within the assigned booth premises, without touching or penetrating or marking walls. Banners and signs placed outside or in front of the booth will be removed. Displays MUST fit within your 8’x5’ booth space. Safety is priority, any extension cords, wires, or any other objects should be covered to protect the safety of the visitors and the flow of traffic. Hanged objects placed carefully and safely to avoid injury. Corners and edges should be covered and safely protected. The organizing team reserves the right to remove items that are believed to be unsafe or may cause distribution during the event.

Eid Festival & Bazaar 2024 Important Info

The Eid Festival & Bazaar location at GYM, INTAC, and Outdoor of 8092, Plantation Dr, West Chester, OH 45069

Each space is 8'X5'and includes a table with tablecloth & 2 chairs. The area behind the table is available for you to decorate. Cloth rack, tables, chairs, and decorations must stay within your booth space. If you require more space you need to reserve more than one vendor space. Please bring your own decorations. If you need hanging racks and hangers they can be rented for an additional cost for $10 per rack with 25 hangers. Set up time starts at 10:00 AM the day of the Eid Festival & Bazaar. Walkways between tables and vendor space should remain clear during the bazaar hours.

Note: If customers need to walk around your display area, ensure this accommodation is designed within your designated rental space. There will be no aisles between the booths. Each rental booth must consider the amount of space while setting up your rented space.

Duplicate businesses: Clothes, jewelry and other handcrafts are generally so unique that many are welcomed. However, we will be limited to only one vendor representing a direct sales company (i.e., Cookie Lee, Pampered Chef, etc.). If your business is duplicated, we will contact you immediately and return your check.
