Presentation Submission Information
1. Submissions must be submitted in full and should meet the requirements of the National Continued Competency Program (NCCP). Topics included in the national reflect current trends in evidence-based medicine, the scope of practice changes, and position papers from numerous associations involved with EMS research. Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed.
2. Do not submit a paper submission. Only electronic abstracts will be accepted via the online form below.
3. Notification of acceptance will be sent out no later than August, 2024.
4. Presenters are not permitted to market, endorse or promote the sale of market products or services in their presentations.
WEMSA Conference submissions are peer-reviewed by our Education Committee members who perform a review on all submissions with rankings. All submissions receiving high review scores are then approved by the members of the Education Committee and our Medical Director to be considered for presentation at the conference.

Please submit this form for each presentation that you are submitting for. We need accurate submissions to properly assess each presenter.
When you choose resubmit after your first submission, your demographic information should auto-populate in your next submission. You will need to upload your resume and headshot each time.
