    You are still welcome to fill in the registration form, and if you do your child will be added to the waiting list. Please do not pay at this stage. If we are able to offer your child a place, we will contact you and ask you to pay then.

  • Welcome to the Holiday Club!

    Please read the following carefully.

    Demand for the Holiday Club is likely to exceed the number of places available. In fairness to everyone, therefore, we ask you only to book a place for your child if you are able and willing to commit to the following conditions:

    Attendance
    Your child must be able to attend all five days.

    Behaviour
    So that everyone can have the best week possible, we expect your child:

    • to be respectful and kind to everyone.
    • to listen to the adult leaders and follow instructions.

    If a child really cannot meet these expectations, we might have to send them home.

    Please also note that:

    • Your child's registration will be acknowledged by email. If you do not receive an email from us, please check your junk mail/spam folder.
    • Once you have registered, you must pay the registration fee within five working days. Details of what to pay, and how to pay it, will be displayed once you have completed the form.

    Please read the following questions carefully, and fill in any information that applies. We want to do everything we can to make sure that your child has the best possible experience at Holiday Club, but we can only do that if we have all the information we need!

    It is no longer possible to monitor or control the use and distribution of photographs online (including websites and social media). Therefore, we have taken the decision that no photographs will be taken at Holiday Club in which individual children are identifiable. We may take pictures of children's hands doing an activity.

  • By submitting this form you agree to the photography policy stated above, and to the following statements:

    • If you cannot contact me in an emergency, I am willing for my child to receive necessary hospital or dental treatment, including anaesthetic.
    • I give my consent for the details on this form to be kept both in hard copy, and on a secure computer file. They will not be passed on to any other party.
