HUPD : Citation Appeal Form
You may appeal this ticket within seven (7) days from the date of issuance. Tickets are non-appealable after seven (7) days.

The following grounds for appeal will not be considered:
- Ignorance of the regulations
- Only parked illegally for a few minutes
- Illegal parking in handicapped space
- Bad weather or darkness
- Citation for fraudulent decal
- Running late
- Inability to find an authorized parking space
- Failure to notice parking signs
- Failure to display a parking permit
- Other vehicles were also parked improperly
- Failure of enforcement staff to ticket previously for similar offense
- Lack of knowledge of an event parking notification because you didnt check your email/Twitter/Facebook
