The Pittsburgh Presbytery Matthew 25 Team is sponsoring an informational meeting to help our congregations better understand and connect with the work of the Foundation of HOPE. The Foundation of HOPE is a faith-based organization that offers incarcerated individuals and returning citizens the opportunity for a new life. Rev. Charissa Howe, Rev. Joshua Fisher, and Rev. Caitlin Werth will share information about the work of the Foundation of HOPE and how churches/individuals may become involved in supporting this ministry.
“Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you . . . in prison and go to visit you?’ “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’ (Matthew 25)
