Internship Details

· Reports to and works primarily with Executive Publisher and other team members as necessary
· Compose creative and engaging newsletters and blogs to showcase publishing, literature, and writing for local and industry-related topics
· Work collaboratively to conduct author interviews for spotlight features in LFP Magazine and newsletters
· Develop and manage weekly writing prompts and creative writing contest topics and events
· Add creative pieces to company social media platforms; create and schedule monthly newsletters for social media and email blasts
· Assist in other editorial efforts as needed
Qualifications:
· High school diploma required; Some college preferred
· Familiarity with social media platforms, with a focus on Facebook & TikTok
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to handle multiple assignments
• Strong English speaking/writing/editing skills
• Positive attitude
• Student in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or English
· Available to work 6-10 hours per week
· Available to meet twice monthly (in-person and via phone or video conference)
