Hotel Room Block Reservation Form

DTA has secured a block of sleeping rooms at each of the properties listed below. This is an exclusive DTA member benefit. DTA members can take advantage of special rates by booking through us.

Rooms may be reserved by completing this form and clicking the “Submit” button. Once the form is submitted, you will be contacted by our travel agent to provide payment of a deposit to hold the reservation. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.

The nightly room rates include all hotel service charges and deluxe buffet breakfast daily. The rates are based on a minimum 5-night stay, March 24-29, 2025.

The Cologne city tax of 5% is NOT included in the room rates. Business travelers to Cologne are exempt from the city tax if they complete a tax exemption form and present to the hotel upon check-in. TTI Travel will supply the necessary documentation along with the prepaid hotel service vouchers. 

Information for Hotel Room Deposit

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

• 10% non-refundable deposit due within 7 days of making a booking for 5 rooms or less
• 20% non refundable deposit due within 7 days of making a booking for 6 or more rooms
• Balance due 01 NOVEMBER 2024
• TTI accepts Visa, American Express, Mastercard, US wire transfer, EURO wire transfer and company check drawn on US domiciled bank as forms of payment.
• Credit card payments accepted only with cardholder signature on full completed credit card authorization form. Credit card payments above $8,000 will incur a 4% surcharge.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Once paid for, all reservations are non-refundable. Unused nights and no-shows are non-refundable.

• In the event of a trade show cancellation due to events not limited to but including a health epidemic, acts of terrorism, government regulations, strikes, civil disorder or curtailment of transportation facilities, it is at the discretion of the hotel as to whether or not there will be any refunds for cancelled hotel reservations.   TTI IS NOT responsible for changes to trade fair dates nor cancellation of trade shows. TTI cannot assure any refunds or credit will be applied to new trade show dates. In the event a trade show is cancelled, TTI cannot guarantee the hotel will issue a refund. Should a refund or credit be issued by a hotel, TTI will charge an 8% processing fee.
