    All absentee bidders must complete the form and submit all required documents before Absentee Bid will be taken into account. All Absentee Bid requests must be turned in 48 hours prior to auction, with Irrevocable Bank Letter of Guarantee or other secure method of payment approved by Vicari Auction. 

    Bidder understands and agrees that bidding will be opened at half of the absentee bid and shall be imcrementally increased at the auctioneers discretion at approximately 10 percent. Vicari Auction will attempt to execute the lowest possible bid in order to win the sale, taking into consideration agreed opening bids, reserves and bids from other parties. In the event that identical absentee bids are taken on the same lot, the first approved absentee bid will take precedence. 

    Absentee Bidder understands and agrees that Vicari Auction shall have no liability for any failure to execute a bid for any reason, or for any errors or omissions in connection therewith. Telephone calls may be recorded, and by participating or bidding in the auction, bidder consents to such recordings. 

    By signing below, I authorize Vicari Auction to bid on my behalf on the lots specified below, up to the amounts shown. I understand and agree that any applicable taxes, fees and/or Buyer's Premium shall be in addition to my final bid amount. 

  • Registration Fees:

    • Biloxi Spring (SPR) May 30 & 31, 2025: $100
    • Biloxi Fall Cruisin' the Coast (CTC) Oct. 9-11, 2025: $150

    Buyer Premiums: (Entry fees are Non-Refundable)

    • Automobiles: 10%
    • Collectibles: 20%
    • Absentee/Phone Bidder: additional 4% to above premiums

    Auction Schedule:

    • Gates Open: 8:30 a.m.
    • Collectibles: 10:00 a.m.
    • Vehicles: 11:00 a.m.
  • The following must be included when registering to bid:

    1. Bidder Registration fee
    2. Copy of Driver's License
    3. Copy of current Dealer's License (if applicable)
    4. Copy of Bank Letter or verify approved method of payment

  • NOTE: If paid in advance and fully completed with all required documents (bank letter, copy of driver's license or dealer's license) two weeks prior to Auction date, Bidder Passes will be pre-printed and available at Express Check-In.

  • Bidder's Acknowledgement

    1. I understand all purchases must be paid in full by the end of each auction day, ALL sales are final, and all items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. 
    2. I agree to pay a 10% Buyer Premium on autombile purchases, and 20% on collectibles. I understand that Buyer Premium will be added to my final bid. Online Bidder's will incure an additional 3% and Phone an additional 4% to all purchases.
    3. Bidder has read the Terms & Conditions of Sale and said T&C are incorporated herein by reference.
    4. If any check given in payment is not honored for any reason including but not limited to NSF, stop payment order or the like, I agree whether the check be signed by me as the maker or endorser, that if such check is placed in the hands of an attorney for collection, to pay all reasonable attorney fees incurred, together with all cost of suit in the event suit is instituted.
    5. I will pay any legal applicable taxes on all purchase items.
    6. I am responsible for all bids made with my bidder number. If my bidder number is lost or stolen, I agree to notify the auction office immediately.
    7. I authorize the investigation of my financial credit worthiness. I have read and understand these terms and conditions.
    8. I understand that the Auction Company provides no insurance, I am responsible for insuring my purchase as the auction hammer falls.
    9. I understand that any purchases I make on the auction site are subject to buyer/sell commissions whether or not item is formally consigned or registered.  
    10. I understand that titles will be mailed within 15 Business Days after the auction.
