By submitting this form the customer agrees to pay for COUR FOUR Business Planning course the amount of $75.00 under the terms outlined below.
Customer understands:
1. Any amount paid are NOT refundable. 2 Customer will NOT receive completion certificate until customer's net course fee is paid in full. If a third party provides tuition reimbursement, customer is responsible for the remainder of the tuition. 3. Customer will be accepted into the couse if net couse fee is not paid in full, however payment plan must be initiated before the third session.
