This Program Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) made by and between The Poetic Body, (hereinafter known as the “Company”) and {name} (hereinafter known as the "Client")
Together, the Company and the Client are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”. WHEREAS, the Company provides group coaching via the 3 month group program: Sensual & Sovereign (“Services”); and WHEREAS, the Client wishes to retain the Company and accepts the terms of the Agreement as set forth herein for the Company to provide such Services. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants stated herein, the Parties agree as follows:
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The Company agrees to provide coaching services (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”).
The Program includes:
3 months of group coaching to commence on March 26th 2026 and conclude on July 1st 2026.
(8) total sessions both in person (for Emerald Empress only) and via Zoom
1 year of unlimited access to the Sensual & Sovereign online library (access will be terminated on July 1st 2027)
3 months of group voice/text support via a private messaging app during business hours M-F. (March 26th - July 8th 2026)
1 ticket to the day retreat on Sunday June 28th 2026 (Included with Emerald Empress)
1:1 90 min Deep Dive Feminine and Pelvic Bowl Embodiment Session (Included with Emerald Empress)
1:1 60 min session (included with Emerald Empress pay in full option)
The Client understands that the Company is a Yoga Teacher, Feminine Embodiment Coach, Movement Therapist, and Physical Therapist Assistant.
The Client understands that the Company is not an attorney, psychotherapist, pastor, financial advisor, and/or accountant, or any other licensed or registered professional. The Company and Client’s work together is not a substitute for professional financialbusiness, psychiatric, or legal advice. The Company and Client’s work together may address, among other things, sexual history, body image/confidence, spiritual conversations, strategy, embodiment, and planning. The Client understands that the Company does not guarantee any outcome, income revenue, and/or profit from the Parties’ work together].
3. EXPECTATIONS
The Company requests the Client to:
● Be on time and present for Zoom calls and in person group sessions
● Be an active participant in their own wellbeing, seeking out appropriate mental health resources before, during, and/or after the program. *resources will be made available to you if needed*
● Commit to making best efforts to participate in the program and to notify the Company if there are any questions or concerns.
4. TERM
The Program begins March 26th, 2026 and ends July 1st, 2026. The Client understands that the Parties do not have a relationship after the end of the Program. If the Parties choose to continue their relationship in any way, a separate and distinct agreement will be entered into and agreed upon.
5. TERMINATION
The Company is committed to providing the Client with a positive experience in the Program. By agreeing to and signing the Agreement, the Client understands that the Company may, in its sole discretion, terminate the Agreement and limit, suspend, and/or terminate the Client’s participation in the Program without a refund or forgiveness of monthly payments if the Client becomes disruptive or violates any term of the Agreement. If the Client chooses to terminate the Agreement at any time, no refunds will be issued.
6. PAYMENT
The total price of the Program is as follows:
For Emerald Empress: $1555 to be paid in full or via an agreed upon payment plan
For Gold Goddess: $1111 to be paid if full or via an agreed upon payment plan
7. REFUND POLICY
The Client is responsible for the full payment of the program, regardless of whether the Client completes or participates fully in the Program. No refunds will be granted for rendered services. Once accepted to the Program the Client will have full access to all materials and therefore refunds are not possible. If the Client is no longer able to continue with the Program, they have the opportunity to roll over their membership to a future Program that must be redeemed within 1 year of the initial start date.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Agreement is considered a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Both Parties agree not to disclose, reveal or make use of any information learned by either party throughout the Term of the Program (“Confidential Information”). Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, information disclosed in connection with this Agreement, and shall not include information rightfully obtained from a third party. Both Parties shall keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential by using a reasonable degree of care, but not less than the degree of care used by it in safeguarding its own Confidential Information.
