At EYF, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy our festival, regardless of financial circumstances. That's why we offer a Financial Assistance Program to help those who wish to join us but may need some help with the costs.

How It Works

You can receive a discount on your entry ticket to EYF by contributing your time and effort towards serving the festival community. Typically, our work exchange requires attendees to purchase their tickets in advance; however, we provide financial assistance to those who need support upfront.

Eligibility for Financial Assistance

You are eligible for financial assistance if you meet the following criteria:
- Need-Based Assistance: You require financial support to afford the festival ticket.
- Commitment to Contribute: You are willing and able to dedicate a specified number of hours to help with festival tasks.
Application Process

To apply for financial assistance, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Complete the Work Exchange Application Form. Provide details about yourself and explain why you are seeking financial assistance.

Step 2: Upon submission, your application will be reviewed confidentally by our team.

Step 3: If approved, you will receive a confirmation email containing details about your discounted ticket, any initial payment required, and the expectations for your work exchange contribution during the festival.

Step 4: Your intial payment will refunded after the festival (minus any booking fees)
