WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of being permitted to participate in Not A Game Larp Events (hereby known as "Activity"), I hereby agree to the following:

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I waive, release, and discharge Not a Game LLC and its directors, managers, members, operators, volunteers, or other affiliates for any liability arising out of my participation of the Activity on account of injury, property or personal damage and loss, disability, death, and accident of any kind, both foreseeable or unforeseeable.

I understand that the Activity includes inherent risks and hazards. By voluntarily participating, I fully assume all risks, known or unknown, associated or in any way connected to the Activity.

Iagree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Not a Game LLC from any and all claims, expenses and liability that

may arise in the participation of the Activity. I agree to compensate and reimburse the Company for all actions, proceedings or claims relating to my participation.

I certify that I am physically fit and I have the necessary skills to participate in the Activity. I have no medical conditions that could interfere with my safety and I am willing to assume the cost of all the risks that may be created, directly or indirectly.

I have read and understood the contents of this document and I sign this willingly, fully aware of the legal consequences of signing this document.
