This is the chance for agencies and/or organizations to express their non-binding intention to apply for the CoC Competition NOFO specifically for NEW CONSTRUCTION OR REHABILITATION for Permanent Supportive Housing Projects. While this Letter of Intent is non-binding please notify Eric Arganbright (earganbright@kshomeless.com) if your agency wants to revoke it's interest in applying for this competition ASAP!
