Service Drop Off Form

This is to schedule a day/time to drop off your bike for service. If you need to schedule your bike for a same day service or rush service, please call ( 317) 340-4156.

We do not work on e-scooters, Jetsons or electric motorcycles.

We will only fix or replace parts that are from the e-bike's manufacturer. We cannot use after-market parts (ie: parts purchased on Amazon).

Keys & Battery: If we are doing diagnostic or electrical work, bring your battery and keys. If not, leave them at home. If you have lost your battery keys, we CANNOT WORK ON YOUR BIKE if doing electrical work.

No Chargers: Please leave your charger at home. We do not charge batteries in the shop. If your issue requires it, please fully charge your battery before bringing it in.

Damaged Batteries: If your battery is damaged, has been on fire, smells unusual, or is leaking fluid, DO NOT bring it to our shop. We will not accept or work on it. Please note that we do not repair or service batteries.
