  • Our annual Hog Day is Orange County's largest and oldest festival. Please fill out the information below and click submit your application to be a cooker!

    • ALL vendors must attend both Friday evening and Saturday to be approved. 

      No booth or vendor may load-out until 6pm on Saturday.

    • Acknowledgement of Hog Day Vendor Rules 

    • Hog Day will take Place on September 12th from 6pm-10pm and 13th from 10am-6pm.

      • All payments are Non-refundable. Payments will not be refunded should you decide, you cannot come. Payments CAN be credited towards Hog Day 2026 for special circumstances (with approval of the vendor coordinator). Make sure you can attend and have cleared your calendar. This is a rain or shine event.

      • ALL vendor vehicles MUST be parked in the vendor parking area. The vendor coordinator will have parking passes for all vendors.

      • No vendor holds the right to tell another vendor what they can or cannot sell. Make your vendor space pop by adding lights, signs, music, color, and personality. It also helps to have a smile and a positive attitude. We like to have FUN!

      • Vendor Set up and break down time are the ONLY times that vehicles are allowed in the park. This is enforced by local law enforcement and WILL NOT be negotiated. This ensures the safety of our community and is our main priority. Cars must enter and leave the park slowly and be patient and cautious of those around them. Radios need to be off during this time and windows down. We have children in this park and need to ensure that even when they aren’t watching……we are.

      • Please remember that this is a community event. ALL PROCEEDS GO BACK INTO OUR COMMUNITY. THE ORGANIZERS OF THIS EVENT DONATE THEIR TIME AND DO SO WILLINGLY AND WITHOUT PAY. WE LOVE OUR COMMUNITY AND THE EVENT AND WORK HARD. SOME OF THOSE INVOLVED HAVE BEEN HELPING FOR 40 YEARS! Be mindful of your language and attitude towards others. Being rude towards other vendors, the vendor coordinator, or any Hog Day staff will not be tolerated.

      • All vendor spaces always need to have an attendant at them. It is hard for customers to purchase your items if you aren’t there to interact with them and answer questions about your product.

      • No vendor (Other than our face painter) is permitted to do face/body painting of any type. Our face painter has paid for exclusive rights to be the only face painter and she will have the staff to accommodate the crowd. 

      • No booth or vendor may load-out until 6pm on Saturday.
