TMA CME Inquiry Form

TMA is fully accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to offer CME accreditation services. TMA offers proprietary, accredited CME content and can also accredit other organizations’ education programs to help physicians improve competence, performance, and/or patient outcomes.

Please fill out the information below. A TMA staff member will reach out with the CME application, service agreement and application invoice.

TMA Fee structure for accreditation:

Event application: $1,500 for one time live or internet live course

$2,500 for Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS)

Per Certificate Fee: $25 (30/90 days post-event)

Extenstion Fee: $100 (90 days post-event)*

* Please note, program sessions remain open 90 days. An extension fee will apply and billed for any sessions that require additional certificates 90 days’ post event.
