Vendor Form - South Side Night Market

Interested in being an arts and craft or food vendor for the South Side Night Market series? Complete the application below, and we will contact you once your application has been reviewed. Please note, completing the application does not guarantee a spot.

Participation Requirements:

• No trucks or trailers are allowed to drive on the grass or sidwalk areas.
• All Vendors will park in designated spaces.
• Each Vendor is responsible for providing any necessary items to set up their space (chairs, display fixtures, tables, etc.).
• Vendors must ensure their vending area is confined within the boundaries of their assigned space.
• Please keep your space clean and litter-free.
• No poles, stakes, beams, braces, etc. should be inserted into the ground.
• Vendor should be prepared to operate their truck and/or equipment with their own power source.
• There will be no refunds for rain dates or cancellations.
• Security of items will be the sole responsibility of the vendor.
• Architect of Black Space and the City of Greensboro will not be responsible for vendor’s sales and transactions, nor the cash required for sales and transactions. Please make sure you prepare for your day with adequate monies and change.
• Architect of Black Space and the City of Greensboro will not be responsible for sales tax or subsequent reporting of any information related to your sales.
• I agree to pay the vendor fee per space per date reserved at the time of submitting the application. Spaces $40 for Arts & Craft vendors, $60 for Food TENT/TABLE vendors, and $100 for Food TRUCK vendors per event.

I have read the participation requirements above and agree to abide by them. I understand and agree that I bring items at my own risk and that Architect of Black Space and the City of Greensboro are not responsible for theft, damage, or losses. I understand there is a vendor fee per site and date, and will be due once applications have been approved. I understand completing the application does not guarantee approval of my application.
