Driggers Construction Warranty Department is open 8:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. We do not have a 24-hour warranty service and are closed after 4pm and on the weekends.

You can submit a warranty claim anytime, 24hrs a day, but please DO NOT call or text our Warranty Supervisor, Nelson Floyd, after hours or on the weekend unless it is an emergency.

Please allow 72 hours for a response from Nelson once the claim has received.

As a reminder: sod, landscpaing, interior and exterior paint or stain, drywall, nail pops, granite, cabinet finishes, and non-structrual cracks in concrete are not warrantied after closing

Please submit this form no earlier than 90 days after closing, if possible. After completing the form, submit your claim below. Once we have received your claim, we will start to coordinate the repairs.
