If you are an employee of L&F Distributors and you or an immediate family member (spouse/partner, child, grandchild or sibling) are applying for the 2024-2025 Stars Scholarship, please fill out this form.

This form will give us the information needed to keep track of the application through the entire process.

THIS FORM IS NOT THE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION. THIS FORM IS FOR INTERNAL PURPOSES ONLY. THE APPLICANT MUST STILL FILL OUT THE APPLICATION VIA WWW.STARSSCHOLARSHIP.ORG AND SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTS BY THE DEADLINE OF 4/1 AT 5PM CST (MAY 1ST FOR THE FSS).

Note: This does not guarantee that a scholarship will be awarded. All applicants must meet all criteria and must submit a complete application to be considered.

We encourage all eligible students to apply. If you have other relatives who qualify they are welcomed to apply, however we will only track applications for immediate family members.
