  • Warranty/Defective Items Policy:

    Easy Spa Parts supports the manufacturer’s warranty for all purchased items. We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss of property or life resulting from the malfunction or incorrect use of our products. Our responsibility extends to replacing defective items, provided the circumstances align with the manufacturer’s warranty. Items replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty coverage carry the balance of the warranty of the defective item. Warranties do not reset on replacement items.

    *Please ensure that proper installation and adequate troubleshooting has been completed before making a warranty claim, and please provide a detailed description of part failure and how failure has been determined. We are required to provide this to part suppliers and manufacturers for coverage. 

    • For example, "pump not working" is not an adequate description of part failure and we cannot get coverage for this from the part manufacturer, as there are numerous reasons a pump would not work (i.e. it is wired wrong, the customer bought the wrong voltage, the board has a blown pump fuse, the board has a bad pump relay, there is an incoming power issue, there is a simple airlock after a drain and fill, etc.
    • Please feel free to reach out to our techs for troubleshooting - we are happy to help. It is exceptionally uncommon for new parts to fail upon installation and we can help determine the installation issue so you can start enjoying your hot tub again. 

    *Return shipping labels are provided for warranty claims for up to 30 days. For any warranty claim over 30 days from purchase date, the customer may be responsible for shipping back the defective product, if required by the supplier/manufacturer.

    Defective parts under 90 days old:

    *Parts manufacturers require technical inspection to determine whether a part is defective and covered under warranty terms. This is often done after the item is returned, but Easy Spa Parts may have a technician contact you via phone or email to review.

    Once the warranty is approved, the item will be replaced at no charge for part and outbound shipping.

    The customer is responsible for shipping charges of the defective part back to Easy Spa Parts.

    Defective parts over  90 days old:

    *Parts manufacturers require technical inspection to determine whether a part is defective and covered under warranty terms. This is often done after the item is returned, but Easy Spa Parts may have a technician contact you via phone or email to review.

    For any warranty claim over 90 days from purchase date, the customer is responsible for shipping back the defective product, if required by the supplier/manufacturer.

    For approved warranty parts over 90 days old, you will be pre-charged for the replacement product.

    Upon return of the defective item, in good condition, your credit card will be refunded within 2 business days.

    Parts with cut cords or cables cannot be refunded.

    Customers are expected to inspect their package and product after delivery. Damage claims or claims for missing parts are accepted for 14 days after delivery. If Easy Spa Parts agrees to replace a missing or damaged in shipping item after this inspection period has lapsed, customer will be responsible for shipping both ways.
