  • As a Jobs and Skills Priority Industry Subsided Fee-paying student, a refund of any Course Fees paid by you will be determined under the WA Government VET Fees & Charges Policy, which is available for download from our website. If you wish to terminate your studies before the completion of your course, you must notify Evolve College using this form. If you do not submit a completed copy of this form, you will not be eligible to be considered for a refund, if applicable.

    If you have paid for part or all of your Course Fees via a VET Student Loan (VSL) (applicable only for HLT52021 Diploma of Remedial Massage students who have elected to pay via a VSL), then any re-crediting of any fees/loan balance will be subject to the Student Fees Re-crediting Policy and Procedure, available at www.evolvecollege.com/policies.
