Explanation of Positions:
Should the proposed amendments to Vanguard's constitution pass at the AGM, the leadership structure will be reorganized into two groups: A Governance Board, that is responsible for maintaining nonprofit status, and an Operational Volunteer Team that is responsible for running Vanguard Program. The Governance Board is Elected by members. The Operational Volunteers are appointed by the Board.
