Thank you for your interest in a Snomel puppy! Completing this questionnaire DOES NOT commit you to buying a puppy. There is no deposit required to fill out the questionnaire. Once we receive your questionnaire we will discuss your interest with you, and determine if we have a puppy that will meet your needs. Then we will ask for a $500 deposit to have your name added to our list. The $500 deposit will be applied to the purchase price of your puppy ($1,500-$2,500 total, depending on the puppy). The information contained in this questionnaire is used only for the purpose of placing a puppy and will not be used elsewhere. The information you provide will help us to determine the best puppy for you - please answer the questions as completely and honestly as possible.
