These private healing and coaching sessions are for men, women and couples who would like a healing and awakening experience to address any of the following:

I have over 12 years experience in the field of holistic health and somatic healing and draw from a wide range of training, modalities and experience to meet the unique needs of my clients. (Full bio here)

Clients are assessed on a person-to-person basis using the intake form below, as well as the experience of your energy, body, and our connection in our first session.

Breathwork, meditation mindfullness practices, bodywork & energy work, sensory expriencing and awareness exercises and other holistic tools may all be included to support the client's goals and needs.

All sessions involve both coaching and bodywork. Bodywork is one-way touch only. Rates begin at $275. For clients with goals for ongoing healing and development, you will be provdied with tools and exercises to continue with at home to support you.

Deposits

Please note a 50% deposit is required upon booking your session to hold your appointment time. E-transfers are to be sent to: alchmeyoflove333@gmail.com. If you need to pay by credit card, let me know and I will send a PayPal Invoice.

Cancellations and Reschduling

72 hours notice is required to change an appointment. Less than 24 hours notice, no refund is issued.

Couples Sessions

Couples sessions may be arranged at your home or hotel room, instead of a studio location. Please note below if that is your preference. (Travel fee of $50.00 for sessions in Hamilton, $75.00 for Toronto)

Sessions are available in Niagara Falls on Mondays (4pm-9pm) and In Hamilton (dates to be confirmed - probably Saturdays and Tuesdays (4pm-9pm) What is your preferred location and time. *

I have a sensitivity to colognes, cigarette and vape residue and strong synthetic scents (shampoos, deodorants, dryer sheets, fabric softeners) Do you agree to avoid wearing anything to our sessions with these scents or residues?
