Please note that Spoilt Events are now VAT registered and VAT is included in all stand fees from now on forward. Invoices will be provided after confirmation email.

How to apply:

1. Download Contract & Read through thoroughly. Available on our website : www.flairmarket.co.za

2. Complete this Online Vendor Application form.

3. Once your application was approved (Approval takes place in April 2024), please proceed with payment within 24hours after you receive confirmation via email.

50% non refundable deposit required to secure stand when confirmation is received. Outstanding 50% is payable before 31 May 2024 only. Invoices will be sent after confirmation email.

Each Vendor must supply their own tables, chairs, decor, dividers, rails & extensions. Flair does not provide shell scheme structures.
