Rules of the PWN Milan 2026 Mentoring Program
Mentoring is a voluntary learning partnership in which a more experienced person (mentor) shares knowledge and skills—gained through their experience—to support another person (mentee) in achieving their professional growth objectives.
The mentor commits to supporting the assigned mentee by dedicating time for at least 6 meetings—either in person or remotely—each lasting a minimum of 60 minutes, with monthly frequency between May and December.
The meetings will be scheduled independently by each mentor-mentee pair.
The contribution offered by mentors is free and voluntary.
