  • WHY EXHIBIT

    The Midlands Climate Expo & Sustainability Conference is an opportunity to showcase your organisations commitment to net zero and environmental practises. Delegates will be a mixture of senior industry professionals and public sector decision makers. 

    The Expo is run by the The Globe Group CIC, a nonprofit that is dedicated to supporting local climate action and intiatives. All proceeds from the Expo go towards this cause. 

    EXHIBITING

    Exhibition spaces are available that are approx. 2m x 2m in size. Spaces are available with table and chairs or as a space only. 

    LOAD IN:

    Stands can be set up from 4pm on the 19th September. Access to the hall from 8am on 20 Sept, stands must be in place by 9:30am on the day of the show, as this is when delegates will be able to enter the exhibitor hall.

    LOAD OUT:

    No stand breakdowns allowed until the event finishes at 4pm. Break down your stand from 4pm-6pm on 30 Sept.

    DRINKS RECEPTION

    Exhibitors are invited to attend a Drinks Reception starting at 4pm, to provide time for you to meet with other exhibitors and our speakers, including our keynote.

  • So that we may provide exhibitor passes, please provide the details of who will be manning your exhbitor stand. If you need any more than two passes or you are unsure, please just tick the To Be Agreed box and we wil contact you nearer the event. 

  • Stand booking prices and options:

    Exhibitor Stands £200+ VAT - Approx 2m x 2m 

    Double stands available. 

    Whats included:

    One standard 6ft table and two chairs OR stand space - Free WIFI - Free on-site parking - A listing in the exhibitor booklet and website

    • Electricity Supply

  • Payment:

    Once your booking is approved by us you will receive an invoice via email. Please ensure the invoice is paid in full to secure your space. If you need to pay your invoice by card rather than BACs, please respond to the email and we will provide you with a payment link.

  • Terms and Conditions:

    1. Bookings can be cancelled 2 months prior to the event and will receive a full refund. Cancellations after this period will not receive a refund due to the nature of the printing and signage complexities for an event of this type.  
    2. The organizer reserves the right to reject any reservation and to refund the booking fee in full 
    3. Exhbitors agree to pay the total cost shown above and by submitting this form, declare that they have read and accepted the terms and conditions of participation and agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of Midlands Climate Expo & Sustainability Conference and any agreements which may be imposed by the relevant authorities or the venue as a condition of allotment of space.     4. Payments have to be made in full to at the time of applying for a stand  
    5. Any booking is only valid after it is confirmed by the organizer and if the payments are made in full and on time.
