School of PE Account Set Up

Thank you for your interest in School of PE (www.schoolofpe.com), our company-sponsored licensing preparation program, designed for Bowman employees preparing for their professional engineering, surveying, or PMP exams. All exam prep courses are available in both self-paced and live online formats to accommodate your schedule. To get started, please ensure the following criteria are met:

-You have been employed with Bowman or an acquisition company for a minimum of six months.

-You have obtained your manager's permission to participate in this program.

-You are registered to take your exam and prepared to begin the courses now. If not, arrangements can be made once your exam date is set.

-You are enrolling within six months prior to your exam date, as access to courses is limited to six months after registration.

-You will not submit School of PE expenses for reimbursement & understand Bowman will not pay for other courses or providers.

-Once registration is complete, you may update and personalize certain fields in your account.

-Most information will synchronize with your UKG profile; therefore, to make changes to your School of PE account, update your UKG account.

ARE (Architect Registration Examination) prep courses

You have 30 days to activate your School of PE link before it automatically activates.

The FE course takes approximately 80 hours to complete. The School of PE recommends 200-240 hours of total study time to fully prepare for the exam.The PE course take approximately 96 hours to complete. The School of PE recommends 250-300 hours of total study time to fully prepare for the exam.The SE / PE Structural course takes approximately 150 hours to complete. This considers both the Vertical and Lateral Forces. The School of PE recommends 700-800 hours of total study time to fully prepare for the exam.The FS course takes approximately 75 hours to complete. The School of PE recommends 250-300 hours of total study time to fully prepare for the exam.The PS course takes approximately 60 hours to complete. The School of PE recommends 200-250 hours of total study time to fully prepare for the exam.The PMP course takes approximately 35 hours to complete. School of PE recommends 200 hours of total study time to fully prepare for the exam.

Upon clicking the emailed activation link, your course access will be initiated. You will have a period of six months to complete the course before your access expires.

You can take the course twice for the same license under free repeat terms.For a different license, you may also take the prep course twice. This applies only to entirely different licenses, like FE and then PE.The benefit does not apply if taking the same exam in another state.

If you do not pass your exam on the first attempt, you mayrepeat the course one additional time at no cost, provided that 80% of theinitial course was completed and all lecture videos in the course were watched.

Bowman provides this benefit to support employee growth and professional development. If an employee voluntarily leaves Bowman within twelve months of using School of PE, the program costs could be considered an advance, and the employee may be required to reimburse up to 100% of the incurred expenses as allowed by state law.
