Our working hours are 10am to 7pm. Any bookings made before 10am or after 7pm will result in an out of hour appointment. This will be an extra £10.

Please ensure that you make an enquiry two weeks before your occasion so we can guarantee we have an available slot for you. Bookings made within one weeks notice will incur in an additional charge of £15 for an emergency slot.

Just for reference, all of our bookings to set up require a maximum of 2-4 hours. This is dependant on the package you have either chosen or any extra details you would like.

Please note, that we are more than happy and willing to travel outside of Birmingham. Although, there will be an additional cost depending on the location. So feel free to contact us for specific details.
