• 2024 Sponsorship Registration

    AtwoodFest is a partnership produced by the Schenk, Atwood, Starkweather Creek and Yahara Neighborhood Association (SASY), the Atwood Barrymore Corporation (ABC) and Sector67 and by sponsors like you. Thank you for your past and continuing support!

  • Sponsorship Levels

    The deadline for sponsorship signup to be included on print, marketing materials, posters, and gatorboards is June 16, 2024. Sponsors who sign up after this date can still be featured online and have their banners hung at the event.

  • COMMUNITY-BUILDER: $2,500

    • Sponsorship salutes! Two customized posts on AtwoodFest Facebook & Instagram accounts (more than 3,000 followers), including one promoted push to reach another 6,000 local residents.
    • Prime event exhibit space.
    • Business name & logo listed on event posters. 
    • Business name & logo listed on three event stage line-up billboards posted throughout event corridor. 
    • Business name & logo listed on AtwoodFest website, with link to your website.
    • Listed as 2024 sponsor in special Eastside News 2024 AtwoodFest article (distributed to 20,000 households)
    • Supplied banners hung at both music stages


    NEIGHBORHOOD-BUILDER: $1,500

    • Business name & logo listed on hundreds of event posters
    • Business name & logo listed on three event stage line-up billboards (four by eight feet) posted throughout event corridor. 
    • Business name and logo listed on AtwoodFest website, with link to your website.
    • Listed as 2024 sponsor in special Eastside News 2024 AtwoodFest article (distributed to 20,000 households)
    • Supplied banner hung at one of two main adult music stage.

    BLOCK-BUILDER: $1,000

    • Business name & logo listed on hundreds of event posters
    • Business name and logo listed on AtwoodFest website.
    • Listed as 2024 sponsor in special Eastside News 2024 AtwoodFest article (distributed to 20,000 households)

    • One customized business shout-out on AtwoodFest Facebook & Instagram Social Media accounts (more than 3,000 followers)
