Welcome to the Email Marketing Specialist application! We are looking for a highly-experienced, technically-minded team member with copywriting and design background to join us on a full-time basis. Who are we looking for?

You should be familiar with Klaviyo since most of our clients use Klaviyo. You need to be able to create high-converting email flows and campaigns (Promotional campaigns, content campaigns, basic flows) for Klaviyo and Mailchimp using Figma. You must have a strategic and curious mindset so you can bring fresh ideas to implement and test. You must have at least a basic understand of Email Marketing and A/B split-testing so you can help clients make incremental monthly revenue. You will be tasked with - Sign-up form optimization, Creating Visually appealing email designs, Writing Engaging and persuasive email copy, Crafting Attention-grabbing subject lines, Strategic coupon code integration, Dynamic content blocks for personalization, UTM tracking for actionable insights, Snippet codes for seamless execution and Targeted segmentations for tailored messaging.

You are given a project to overhaul a low preforming Klaviyo account (Only 10% of revenue attributed to email/sms) that is underperforming in terms of revenue generated. The current email setup is cluttered, has only a Welcome Flow setup, and campaigns are generating 9% of the revenue. How would you approach this project, from initial assessment to final implementation? Include how you would identify issues, propose changes, and measure success.
Scenario 1: Open Rate 13% / Click Rate 0.5% / Placed Order Rate 0%. Based on this data, what would you identify the problem to be in the customer journey? How would you solve it?
Scenario 2: Welcome Flow with 4 emails included. The first email Generates 50% of the flows monthly revenue. The second email generates 0%. The third email generates the other 50%. The last email generates 0%. What would the situation be for only Emails 1 and 3 to generate all attributed revenue?
