However, all of our vendor spaces for 2025 have been filled and our cancellation list is growing everyday. If you would like to continue with this application and get your name somehwere on our list your are absolutely welcome to but there is not a guarantee that you will get a chance to have a booth this year. We appreciate all who have applied and who continue to apply to try to help make our Fair and Rodeo a huge success for our County and State. Please come back and try again next year. Thank you!

Vendor Information

Booth Pricing:

10x10 - $575          10x20 - $1,150          20x20 - $2,300

Canopy (tent) Rental:

10x10 - $210          10x20 - $360          20x20 - $400

Sidewalls are $3.60 per square foot ( 1-10x10 side = $36)

Each booth comes with one 20amp/110 outlet - extra power can be purchased

A Certificate of Insurance is required to participate as a vendor.

This application does not guarantee a space at the Clackamas County Fair. CCFEC reserves the right to approve or deny any application for any reason. Every effort is made to offer a variety of products/ services and avoid duplication for our fairgoers. Exclusivity is not guaranteed. Preference will be given to previous vendors in good standing. Locations will be assigned by the Vendor Coordinator and every effort will be made to accomodate location requests. All applicants will be contacted advising them of the disposition of their application.
