Due to the significant number of returning vendors, there is not a lot of space to add new vendors in each year, unless someone cancels. If you would like to be added to the cancellation list please go ahead and fill out the application. It is not guaranteed that you will be able to participate.

Vendor Information

Booth Pricing: 

10x10 - $575          10x20 - $1,150          20x20 - $2,300

25% of sales is due at the end of the event. Booth fee gets subtracted from the percentage a money paid.

Canopy (tent) Rental:

10x10 - $210          10x20 - $360          20x20 - $400

Sidewalls are $3.60 per square foot ( 1-10' side = $36)

Each booth comes with one 20amp/110 outlet - extra power can be purchased

A Certificate of Insurance is required to participate as a vendor.

This application does not guarantee a space at the Clackamas County Fair. CCFEC reserves the right to approve or deny any application for any reason. Every effort is made to offer a variety of products/ services and avoid duplication for our fairgoers. Exclusivity is not guaranteed. Preference will be given to previous vendors in good standing. Locations will be assigned by the Vendor Coordinator and every effort will be made to accomodate location requests. All applicants will be contacted advising them of the disposition of their application.
