The "No Fine Print" Advertising Agreement

This Advertising Agreement is entered into by and between Jameson Ellis/Project Defiant, and {businessName}.

Scope

Jameson Ellis/Project Defiant agrees to display {businessName}’s logo and chosen contact information (phone number, website, or email) on the tailgate of Jameson’s wrapped truck for a period of two years.

The truck will be used for photo ops, attractions at events and festivals, parades, convoys, and will also be driven daily.

{businessName} will be prominently featured at the General Flynn event on May 23rd, 2024.

The advertising period begins on May 23rd, 2024 and ends on May 23, 2026.

{businessName} will receive all of the following benefits:

Two Years Mobile Advertising on The Defiant (Jameson’s Wrapped Truck)

Logo on Event Marketing Materials

Featured at Texas Flynn Fest

Two Texas Flynn Fest General Admission Tickets

Social Media Mention (audience 100k+)

{businessName}/{name} will have 30 days before this agreeement ends to resecure their advertising spot for the next term without a rate increase.

Advertising Slot

{businessName} understands that the advertising slots are limited to 20 advertisers. The slot is secured on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment and signed agreement.

Payment

{businessName} agrees to pay Jameson Ellis/Project Defiant a promotional rate of $1,000 for the two-year advertising period and General Flynn Event feature. This payment is due upon submission and is non-refundable.

Liability and Indemnification

Jameson Ellis/Project Defiant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from this Agreement. {businessName} agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Jameson Ellis/Project Defiant from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from {businessName}’s content.

Updating Graphics

In the event of a logo/phone/website change, {businessName}/{name} may choose to update info with 30 days written notice and a $200 fee.
