I consent to Food Train using photographs and/or video recordings of me, both internally and externally to promote the charity’s work. These images may be used in print and digital media formats including print publications, reports, leaflets, posters, banners, websites, advertising, e-marketing, social media, video, training and research materials, during and after your volunteering period with us. I understand that some images or recordings may be kept permanently once they are published and be kept as an archive of the charity’s work.

I understand that occasionally Food Train may use a contractor photographer/ videographer to provide professional images for the charity’s use. On these occasions, the photographer/ videographer may store images temporarily or hold permanent rights to the photographs/ video and use them to promote their work. In these instances, the photographer/ videographer may require you to complete a separate consent form for their own data protection purposes.

Food Train is committed to processing personal information in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018) and Food Train’s Privacy Policy. The personal data collected on this form will be held securely and will only be used for administrative purposes.

Your rights -

You can ask Food Train to stop using your images at any time, in which case they will not be used in any future publications but may continue to appear in publications already in circulation.

If you wish to exercise this right or you have any questions relating to this consent form or the way we are planning to use your information, please speak to the local Food Train manager of the branch or project who issued you with it.

You also have the right to request to see a copy of the information we hold about you.
