  • The online troop catalog is our best resource to match new families with local troop options for their Girl Scouts. Please use the form below to share accurate, up-to-date information about your troop. You may submit troop catalog updates as often as needed.

    This form must be submitted by an active leader of the troop.

  • Troop Capacity

  • At Girl Scouts River Valleys, troops are listed in our troop catalog until they have reached at least 10* Girl Scouts—You can certainly welcome more than that! 
     
    We encourage troops to welcome new members whenever possible. Adding new members to your troop teaches your Girl Scouts what it means to be a “Sister to every Girl Scout” and allows everyone the opportunity to make new friends! 
     
    *Research from Girl Scouts of the USA shows that troops with 10–12 girls often have the most successful experience.

  • What Happens Next?

    • Your troop will remain in the Troop Catalog until it reaches the desired capacity you entered or a minimum of 10 youth.
    • Once your troop reaches that number, it will be removed from the catalog.
    • If membership later drops below your desired capacity or the 10-youth minimum, your troop will automatically be added back to the catalog.

    *Exceptions apply to troops that were Cadette, Senior, Ambassador, or multi-level troops in Fall 2021.
