Upon borrowing a Temperature Management System (black heating bag) from Chick-Fil-A Eldorado & Tollway, you are accepting full responsibility for any damaged, lost or otherwise unreturned equipment in the dollar amounts below.
Late fees will apply if TMS Bags are not returned in a timely manner based on the following rules:
- TMS Bags borrowed before 5pm, Monday - Saturday are to be returned same day. A $25 daily penalty will begin accruing if not returned before business close at 10pm.
- TMS Bags borrowed after 5pm, Monday - Friday are to be returned next day. A $25 daily penalty will begin accruing if not returned before 10am next day.
- TMS Bags borrowed after 5pm, Saturday are to be returned Monday. A $25 daily penalty will begin accruing if not returned before 10am Monday.
Guest maintains financial responsibility of all borrowed equipment until checked in by a manager.
