EACH YEAR, THE MISSOURI STATE USBC ASSOCIATION ACCEPTS NOMINATIONS FOR ITS HALL OF FAME, IN THREE CATEGORIES: MALE & FEMALE SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE, AND MERITORIOUS SERVICE. UP TO THREE CANDIDATES IN MALE SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE AND MERITORIOUS SERVICE, AND UP TO TWO CANDIDATES IN FEMALE SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE CAN BE ELECTED PER YEAR.

POTENTIAL INDUCTEES MUST BE 45 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF INDUCTION.

NOMINATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED USING THIS FORM BY OCTOBER 1 TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR'S INDUCTIONS, HELD AT THE ANNUAL MEETING & SHOWCASE.
