i agree that recording of any kind (audio, video, photo) without Ms. Hazel's explicit permission is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.
i agree to arrive sober. arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
i understand that if Ms. Hazel says stop, we stop. violating any boundary will result in immediate session termination, no refund, and a permanent ban from future bookings.
i understand that once my session has started, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
