I WILL NOT HOLD FUR FRIENDS IN NEED, OR ANY OF THE OFFICERS ASSOCIATED, LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY OR ILLNESS THAT MAY BE CAUSED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY BY THE ANIMALS IN THE ORGANIZATION.When adopting a pet, the adjustment period can take time; sometimes days or even weeks. With slow introductions (with resident pets), patience and structure--this can be accomplished. Do you feel capable of addressing this? By clicking I have read and agree to the contract on this application, I certify that I believe all the above information to be true. Any purposeful falsification of information on my behalf may result in denial of adoption. I authorize verification of any information given. I acknowledge that authorized representative of Fur Friends In Need, Inc. will maintain contact with me for periodic updates on adopted animal. I acknowledge and understand completely that I will care for this animal throughout his/her life and will provide necessary veterinary care as needed.
